Came in on a Thursday evening to use the o2 priority promotion "2 free drinks" we was surprised at the great atmosphere for a Thursday evening, we were just in time for a booked Irish singer belting out some oasis and 90's songs acoustic style, we ended up staying for food too, it was such a great evening we stayed longer than planned, we order a mixed grill, the food was great too. Honesty a great evening all in.
The 3 small plates for £12.50 was really worth for the money. I went for halloumi sticks, chicken wings and cauliflower bites which i felt like really worth for money. The cocktails were also on point with no overfilled with ice. A competitive bar and food place for sure like always. 10/10 on ambience and service.
Great bar, first time customer had a glass a white and enjoyed live entertainment met some lovely people and played pool, decent night out staff were friendly, place was clean even had some warm snacks chips and onion rings
My experience was very good and delicious, we were here on Thurday evening . Thurday they have special offers they have Gin tonic for only 3,75 £ and 2 cocktails for 10£
In Manchester for wedding anniversary and stumbled on this pub as it was near our hotel. Absolutely wonderful to hear live music, total mixture of ages of customers, made to feel very welcome so much so we returned the next night. Very professional staff and bouncers, all public areas very clean and well maintained. Only downfall was they ran out of glasses and some drinks were in plastic tumblers, which at the age of over 50 was not ideal but as I said didn't put us off as we came back the next evening. Very nice customers as well
Great beer selection, food was really nice and lots of tv's to watch the football... but the music was far to loud and we couldn't hear each other speak. while I understand the need to create atmosphere, if people can't talk to each other its just an unpleasant experience.
Had a table for the bottomless brunch and although the place was really busy Charlotte did a great job making sure we had everything we needed. Atmosphere and pizza was great making the whole thing was good value for money. Service 10/10
I visited with friend before Christmas. We ordered loads of starters and one was nachos. They arrived with cold cheese. I have always had warm cheese and we complained and returned our nachos with warmish cheese on top. We asked for a refund and the manager, Nathan came over to our table like a bat out of hell. He was very rude and asked us to drink up and leave. We were still eating our food. I think management are lacking some customer service training
The food and drinks were served quickly and were both amazing. Would definitely recommend to others who want a nice night out. Cerys was my server and she provided efficient service throughout the night.
I came here one Sunday afternoon with a friend & ordered some food. It was really quiet & roughly 4-5 other people were in the bar. However to my astonishment I ended up waiting 45 minutes, for a plate of cheesy fries to be sent to my table. My friend went to the bar twice to advise how long we had been waiting, if he had not gone over to continuously notify them we would not have received the food. It's a shame because the food was nice, it's just unfortunate when they have incompetent useless staff that goes alongside it. First & last time I came to O'Neills. Don't bother going here, you'll die of starvation waiting for your food!
