Visited twice recently both on Thursday evenings and both times after around 11-half 11 there's suddenly no ice for drinks. When I asked for it I got 'haven't got any ice' (Staff couldn't be bothered to go to the ice machine). Warm drinks with no ice, just what you want for a £5 drink. Also the pub have put a punching bag arcade machine in, for what reason I do not know, apart from making so much noise and promoting punching in a pub. Just what you want, wouldn't advise sitting anywhere near it if you shall visit.

First time here as went for the boxing on Saturday! Very busy but good friendly service and very well priced. Great atmosphere! Loved getting asked for ID at the door...at my age!!! Would definitely return!

Not been here for a long time but heard there was new management. Much better! Pub clean, service friendly with smiling staff and nice atmosphere!

The food is substandard, the staff are incredibly rude (not all, but there are some (note some, not one) who stand out) and the bouncers are very aggressive. I witnessed a work colleague get insulted and ASSAULTED by one of the bouncers. All I can take away from my experience is that they care only about hierarchy and not about their punters, appearance nor custom. Very aggressive and not something you want to experience on a good night out, I’d advise steer clear, there are much better and friendlier pubs in the area, such as the Railroad or White Horse.

We really enjoy our local O'Neill's and we ordered, last Friday, your Ultimate Sharer and 2 drinks. For some reason, an item was added to our bill, "HTL RTV Pricing Fri - Sat= 3.40" I've tried to find out what this is and there is nothing on the internet and none of your staff seem to know what it is. We want to go back today but we would like to know if our snack and drinks will arbitrarily incur a surcharge of about 25% again. I know it's not a lot of money but it seems a bit fishy.
