Food is as in any other mcdonald’s restaurant. Was waiting for my happy meal about 15 min, and the place wasn’t busy at that time. In addition, didn’t get my cheese in the cheeseburger!nHowever, the amount of mcflurry and oreo they put was good.
To start, most of the staff are teenagers. They are most focused on getting the deliveries orders done, and leaving the other orders last. I had Nr 99 and they called people above my Nr which had ordered more than I or Uber deliveries. Poor customer service! When I asked about my order, the guy said 2 min giving me an attitude. I got it after like 5 min. My food was cold, I mean cold fries are disgusting ! I am not gonna come back to this brunch. Rude staff and poor customer service overall plus cold nasty food !
Situation here is currently ridiculous. The delivery service needs to be separated from the counter orders. I was left waiting about half an hour for my order that was lost in the hundreds of deliveries. It was chaos. I had to push past a sea of bike helmets to get someone's attention. They'd lost my order. Finally someone grabbed my ticket and just made it up themselves. Never seen anything like this in a hundred McDonalds around the world. Staff aren't to blame. The system needs fixing.
Bromley Mc D is awesome. It’s my breakfast place most of the days. I always find the people are so nice especially in the morning. Usually in the school days it bit of noisy and crowed with pupils. I think they are doing level best to make the surroundings clean.
Ordered a bacon chicken burger, how did I get two patties with lettuce and mayo. You trying to give me diarrhea or what?
