I had an experience with this branch 2 years ago and have not been back since. I ordered 3 cheeseburgers with lettuce ( so they had to made them fresh ) and they gave them to me, every single bottom bun had been burnt to a crisp. I could have taken them back and got another 3 burgers but just wanted to finish my meal and not get out asap to be honest.

Very quick interms of ordering the food and getting the order, plenty of spaces available to sit and eat, location is good as it inside the glades so it's easy to then look around the shops after. Queues can be long and in general are very quick . Staff always friendly and approachable . Tried the new chicken burger on the menu it's was tasty and fries fresh and hot.

My meal was given to me very prompt also the customer service was good the staff seemed happy.

Worst McDonald's to ever. 1st got abused by a member of staff in the queue. There was one queue for 3 tills, which was working fine, and is the fairest. She forced us to split into 3 separate queues, and shouted at several customers who said that don't work fairly. Anyway I got stuck behind a huge order and was by a long way the last to get served. They only do this to make the queue look smaller.... Sod what's fairest for the customers. When I did get served I was told I couldn't alter the drink on a meal deal, even tho I have in every other McDonald's ever. Also the guy was very slow and dropped a drink all over another customer. Finally I got my order and it was missing items. Avoid this McDonald's at all cost.
