Excellent trainer who knows his stuff. Has been a personal trainer since leaving the military. Teaches a variety of classes for all levels of fitness. Not a boil in the bag instant coach after a 2 day course like others in the area. 2 different types of gym to choose from. A traditional one with machines and next door theres a loose weights/ crossfit gym.

Superb gym. Really accessible and welcoming for beginners and people who aren't fit. Excellent selection of classes. Not pretentious or intimidating like a lot of gyms can be.

Great rustic gym, separates the boys from the men. Friendly owner, nice walk in gym with lots of equipment to use. Well worth a workout.

I've been going here for years. It's good and quiet during the day and has a good selection of weights and machines. The staff are top notch too!
