Without doubt the worst place I have ever eaten, we ordered toast and scrambled egg with bacon , egg was like rubber and toast was completely hard. Had to leave it behind, also ordered a bagel which was just as bad, like rubber. The lady Middle Aged behind the counter had little or no English and was so rude and unhelpful. €20 for poor rubbish never again
stood at the counter for 15 minutes while 4 different workers just looked at me. none of them acknowledged me or bothered to take my order. I even asked one lady if I could order. she looked at me again, and still didn't. A simple "hi, l'll be right with you" is just a common customer service gesture. I see why they're losing business to Abra kebabra and the Pantry. I just left. If any of the employees see this, I understand the whole feeling of "I get paid either way", but if you keep up the horrible customer service, your job will close down, then what will you do?
Food was excellent, however, service was appalling. When I arrived the que consisted of a group of 6 people, who placed 3 separate orders. Mostly breakfast, the last being a bagel. Then it was my turn to order and I was left standing, totally ignored for the first 5 minutes, then over the next 5 minutes I was told repeatedly "I'll be with you in a minute". All while 3 people are working on the food for the group of 6. It was only when 2 people joined the que behind me that there was any effort on part of the manager to get orders taken. Even that was done extremely unprofessionally. It took over 10 minutes to place my order once I reached the counter. If I was familiar with the area and had time I would have left...but unfortunately I was on a break. When food arrived there was no cutlery and then I discovered the cutlery station was behind the pillar at the counter. It is not clear what it is and there were no napkins.
Nice food staff were horrible. We pay their wage and you can just tell they hate their job. Never again
Came in to order food guy is hoovering dust from a cooking vent on the ceiling 10 FEET FROM FOOD during service manager doesn't seem to see anything wrong with that AIRBOURNE DUST ALL OVER OPEN FOOD CONTAINERS DISCUSTING!!
Just called in for a coffee, prices very good and very friendly staff. I'd recommend this cafe, great place to meet friends.
Chocolate muffin was frozen, not fresh at all.
If you’re wanting what you ordered during a busy time, just go somewhere else. I’ve never had to explain what I wanted in a sandwich in such detail before, especially something from their menu! Very slow service and food just slapped hap-hazard on the plate.
