I have been a member for 4 years now and love the gym, the classes and the people. All the Staff are amazing and really helpful, the classes are brilliant and well planned and organised. The main thing is how friendly it is and I guess that is why its so popular compared with other local gyms. Everybody working there, puts in 100% from cleaning, teaching and supporting the gym goers. All the members get on well and socialise together which makes it a great place to be. I often visit other Nuffield gyms in the area as well but not the same feeling or size. Keep the good working going :

I recently spent a few weeks shadowing at Nuffield Health Farnborough as part of my personal training qualification, which gave me a real first hand look at how the club runs. It was a brilliant experience and confirmed what I already felt as a member. This is a fantastic gym with a friendly atmosphere and a really positive environment.nnThe facilities are clean, well maintained and offer everything you need for a great workout. The classes are excellent too. I had the chance to observe a Body Pump class and it was absolutely amazing. The energy in the room and the way the sessions are delivered make it enjoyable for all levels.nnThe club has a welcoming feel and you can tell that a lot of care goes into creating a good experience for members. My time shadowing went by very quickly and it gave me an even deeper appreciation for the place. I am looking forward to continuing my fitness journey here as a member.

I joined Nuffield Farnborough some five years ago when my previous gym closed for rebuilding.  However, I chose to remain with Nuffield because of the excellence of the instructors and the range of classes offered.  These improved further with the installation of new spinning bikes and introduction of the Colour Choice regime which enables everyone to work out to achieve their personal objectives.  Reformer Pilates has just been introduced which, again, means that individuals can work at their own pace without pressure.  On average I do ten classes per week, a mix of high intensity and low impact, and thoroughly enjoy the sessions and the great relationships with friends I've made since I became a member, so very happy to recommend joining.

We use the gym 5/6 times a week, facilities are excellent, changing rooms clean & secure. All the staff are really friendly, loads of different classes if that's your thing, Nikki is brilliant, she helps with my friends memberships, theres always someone on reception for questions.nIf you make use of the Gym, Pool, Steam room & Sauna, its definitely worth the money.
