I popped in to this pet shop today it was not long after opening time when I overheard a staff member telling her colleague about how she had worked till midnight doing water charges on the fish tanks the F word was used a few times. I couldn’t help but notice a dead fish or two in each tank. I bought fish anyway so fingers crossed they will survive. X

Very surprised to see puppies sold in this pet shop as pet shop puppies usually come from puppy farms and will never be mentally or physically robust. Let's hope the law changes soon to prevent third party sales of dog's and people stop making cash from these vulnerable little lives.

Literally, nothing but animal abuse. The animals keep trying to get out of their small tanks/aquarium. The animals are lonely, & are kept in tiny enclosures with literally nothing to do but eat and sleep. The animals were so bored that they looked as if they had no will to live During my visit, some animals looked driven crazy, because of the rubbish care taken of them.

Awful to see a pet shop selling puppies. No reputable breeder would allow their puppies to be sold from a pet shop, therefore the puppies will be sourced from appalling puppy farms. Shame on you.

Popped into this place while visiting my sister in law and my kids and I where horrified to see 4 small puppies lying on the bottom of their cage looking miserable and lethargic not like any normal pup would behave in my eyes also 4 little kittens crammed into quite a small cage ripping shreds out each other also not to mention the dead fish floating at the top of the tanks. I think this place should be getting regular inspections. My daughter was really upset after leaving this shop I really hope you will look at the conditions abit more carefully.
