Good Friday 2025 and wasn't expecting the store to be open nut it was. I needed help with a harness for my 19 week old Cockapoo. The two ladies that helped me were brilliant and didn't mind the pup having an over excited greeting They knew exactly what would be best for him, made sure it fitted and had room for him grow a little. I also wanted a new collar for him as wasn't happy with the one he had, again great advice and took the time to try it on him - didn't have the size he needed in red but tried next one up and advised easy to make an extra hole. I remembered I needed a pate roll to cube and freeze for his training sessions and again, great advice and help.nThere was no upselling, no expensive items being 'forced' on me, just exactly what was needed for my boy and I couldn't have been happier - and my boy loved it too, very calm, allowed them to try things on him and loved the treat he got before we left.nCan't thank them enough for everything and phoned them after our walk to say how much of an improvement I noticed in him and myself and to thank them again.nnThe added bonus is that prices were reasonable, unlike some stores, plenty of parking and a loyalty scheme too. We'll definitely be back again.nnGreat experience and they're a credit to the company
My dog loves this shop so much she drags me in here several times a week. She doesn’t understand why they’re not open on a Sunday. Staff are very friendly and she usually blags a treat or two.
Brilliant place to get all things pet, poultry, wildlife and equestrian and human too! Including equine laundry service! Very helpful, knowledgeable and friendly staff. Have been a customer for over 20 years and their standards have always remained high so can highly recommend.

Needed more Sodium Hypochlorite to clean my Indian sandstone in back garden for the summer ahead ...but wowwx it was £15 this time last year 2023...£35 this year ....Unreal price hikes ...not really inflation that is it ..more like greed
