After an appointment with Aviva Digital GP I was prescribed antibiotics for an infection in my arm. Was told to send to pharmacy within two hours and start course today. 4 hours later and after paying delivery charge, no response, can’t get hold of anyone on phone, chat or email. What’s the point in offering a service if you can’t fulfil requirements? Also dangerous when people are waiting for urgent medication.

Having been prescribed antibiotics by a gp via Aviva digital early this morning, I am still waiting for the prescription to reach my local pharmacy 8hrs later. Can't get through to Now Pharmacy on the phone, email or live chat via Aviva. Appreciate a delay due to current circumstances but there's no customer service at all.

Just terrible. Ordered prescription on 4th May, still no sign, states it had been 'escalated 'on Aviva app. But now no medication, and  no response from NOW.  Dont bother, terrible service.

If I could give this service a 0 I would, signed up online due to not being able to leave home due to being high risk for covid 19. My first set of tablets i had to chase evenetually someone got back to me to dispatch them second lot ive heard nothing, my phone and emails are being ignored.

Have been trying to contact them for two days at different times but can never get an answer. I shall be going back to my old way of getting my prescriptions .

Do not use this service they do not answer phone the app does not work or update prescription I am now been without medication for three days completely hopeless system

The company has ceased trading - Web site down, app not working. Waiting 4 weeks for repeat prescription, no contact. Should be reported to the authorities.

Cannot get through.   Medication ordered a month ago.   V poor service.
