Ordered something in Boots Widnes (where the assistant was really helpful) to be delivered to Boots Prescot. Called in to the store Friday afternoon to collect the item. I waited in the queue at the till for 5 mins.or so and was told to go to the rear of he shop to wait. Waited for 10 mins. and was told it would be another 15! Rubbish system.
