I was referred to Nottingham Physiotherapy Services by BUPA a year after surgery as i was not progressing as expected. After seeing Alistair for about 13 sessions I am in a far better place, now able to run again which makes me very happy. 

The environment is relaxing and professional and Alistair has great interpersonal skills not only focusing on the hands on physio but also sharing ample advice and tips. I will be sure to use Nottingham Physiotherapy Services should I need to in the future and will be sure to recommend Nottingham Physiotherapy Services and more importantly Alistair to all friends, family and beyond should anyone be looking for treatment.

Having had muscle pain in the mid and lower back for way over 5 months, and despite 4 lots of osteopathy, Al gave me a huge massage which was very sore a couple of days later(!), some exercises to do and advice and one week later, it's pretty much back to normal!! I thought I was stuck with this forever but I'm back at the gym!! Can't say how pleased I am!
Al came across as very caring and reassuring and actually seemed interested, whereas some people aren't. I'd definitely recommend a visit and I'd certainly go back if it happens again!
Appointment was made super quick too!

I was referred to Nottingham Physiotherapy Services by BUPA, following knee replacement surgery.  The 6 sessions I had were intensive and very effective.  Alistair also combined the physiotherapy with plenty of advice and tips.  Excellent.

I visited Alistair after injuring my knee. I wasn't sure how I'd hurt it or what I had done but from start to finish Alistair provided a fantastic service. Not only did he provide excellent advice and treatment during my consultation but he also offered great after-care advice which hopefully means I am on the road to recovery! I'd highly recommend Alistair for anyone in need of a physiotherapist!

Would highly recommend. Really knows his stuff and very helpful with advice for exercises to fix your issue. definitely return with future issues.
