Having had a few sports injuries in my time, mostly from playing football, I've struggled to find a good physio. I was recommended to go to Impact by a friend, and have to say it's been hugely helpful.

I've had an injury to my ankle for around 8 weeks now and went to Impact. It was diagnosed in the first session and I was given exercises to do. After a few session, my ankle is back to full strength again and I know it wouldn't have been had I not been to see impact. 

I'd highly recommend Impact to anyone in need of physio, they're a great clinic to go use.

After recommendation from a friend, I wasn't disappointed at all. My chronic knee pain was diagnosed on my first appointment and in the last two weeks the pain has significantly reduced while I work through my program.

I am an office worker who enjoys playing sport. During a football match I pulled a small muscle in my back which was also agitated by my seating position at work. I was due to go on a snowboarding holiday but was worried about my back not recovering or getting worse while away. After searching Google I found Impact Physio in West Bridgford. The reviews gave me confidence and the prices are very reasonable. 

During the session I was made to feel very comfortable, the physio was easy to talk to and advised me to check my seating position at work. After the session I was given advise on how to do my own physio during the holiday to help with my recovery. I don't normally leave feedback but I was really impressed with the service and highly recommend Impact Physio. Thank you for your help

I received an excellent service from the team at Impact from booking my appointment to full recovery. My injury was thoroughly assessed and explained. I was given a specific rehab program which was progressed throughout my recovery to help my return to sport which I did successfully with further advice given on injury prevention in the long term. As and when I need to return I would without hesitation. Many thanks to all the team.
