DO NOT LET THIS COMPANY ANYWHERE NEAR YOUR BUSINESS. Would rather give no stars but would not let me post otherwise. We unfortunately signed a contract for 5 years. We have had nothing but grief for ourselves and our customers since we got it in. It times out, takes money from customers accounts but does not dispense, often leaving customers with little money in their account, only to be told by the customer service team that they just have to wait till it goes back in or contact their bank. This has reflected badly on our business as customers are taking to social media to complain. Conveniently for Notemachine there is nowhere on their site to leave a review. Definitely do not recommend this company.

Horrible people. Left me without my card or money on Sunday in a very isolated place, at an airport unable to get my card and mkoney back from the cash machine that took both of them and told me to call my bank and ask them to get money in some other way. Horrible, horrible service. Please don't use these horrible cash machines they take your money and card back inside very quickly and there isn't a way to recover your card and money. People travelling I specially advise you not to use them. Horrible disgraceful situation these horrible company made me go through.

cancer in the corner refusing to pay me any commission also a weekly letter arrives off them demanding over a thousand pounds not had so mucg as apenny commision of them in years but having to pay the upkeep off it and its takes most off my shop frontage

so bad company and I had cash machine on my store always problem with it and alot of customers didn't give them cash out but take it from them accounts. and they never pay me money or never sind me statement and im in busy steet . if any budy has busines looking for cash machine dont do with them as they don't care

Litrally just had 30 quid taken from my account and no money given from machine from reading other reveiws i may aswell just accept the loss as seemms this happens alot and wont get my money back ! Ill contact my bank before i contact these!
