One of the worse banks you could go to told me my money would be cleared with in 5 days but could pay a fee and would be cleared by 3 days i paid 3rd day nothing call centre said yes 3 days bank told me on 3rd day yes should be paid in by the end of today . 4th day bank manger told me she didn't tell me it would be clear by the end of the 3rd day i explained there are documents online stating 3 days i was also told in branch when adding the money. They talk to you like rubbish on the phone when one person tells you 1 thing then the day after another person says that person didnt say it and that they was sat next to them this bank is a good bank if you dont need to ring in or go into branch just cash points but has soon has there is a problem the branch fails
