As always Norton's Service was impeccable and professional at all times. I had asked if my old boiler could be repaired as I was rather reluctant to replace the boiler even though it was quite old. Rather than just reject my request out of hand because of the age of the boiler Andy Norton took time out to check the situation himself and then phoned me personally to explain why there was really no alternative to a complete replacement. Once the decision was taken to install a new Worcester Bosch boiler the job was completed within two day of my instruction. Great care was taken by the Engineer to avoid causing any damage to the tiled boxing around the existing boiler pipework and also to reinstate the boxing out after the completion of the boiler installation. My tenants were happy and Norton's Engineer took care to ensure that their SMART heating control system was fully compatible with the new boiler before completing the job.
Fantastic service. Everything was done quickly, from my first phone call to completion of the installation of a new boiler. Everyone I have dealt with is professional, polite and efficient.
Great experience. The whole process from booking to boiler service was incredibly quick and straight forward. Loved that booking could be done via email aswell. Time was taken to answer any questions I had during the service and the engineer was very polite. Will definitely be using Nortons again.
We’ve had the most rude and useless ‘engineer’ out this morning. He’s been out twice, we explained what we think the issue is. He was rude and aggressive, told us we were completely wrong and it’s to do with a blockage outside. We cleared the blockage outside and that of what’s in the pipe but the issue was still occurring. My boyfriends brother is a kitchen and bathroom fitter down south and agreed that the advice given was useless and that this guy just couldn’t be bothered to do his job. We got him out again, we were not greeted whatsoever and when my boyfriend asked how he was he completely ignored him. He was rude and snappy with both us and the landlord and when we reiterated what needed to be done which is just to put a bloody cap on the end of the pipe, he said he wouldn’t do it and that it’s nothing to do with that even though it’s pretty obvious there’s an uncovered piped which needs a cap and water is therefore leaking through it. Think a dunce could get that right
What a con. You agreed to attend property and fix a plumbing issue on an agreed date. You sent a lad who sent 20 minutes here and then left saying the company would be in touch. You then send me a quote. If I had wanted a quote for the job I would have asked. You wasted my time. Fortunately was able to get someone here the following Monday who completed the work. To now be charged for the quote is nothing but robbery
Outstanding service. I received a call from a tenant first thing on a Wednesday morning, complaining that the boiler wasn't working. After a quick google, I found Nortons - called them, and it was sorted within a few hours. No hassle/messing around/excuses - just job done. And a reasonable price, too. Will be using them again...
Excellent work, new combi-boiler is brilliant. Clean and tidy job, minimum of fuss.

Very polite, friendly and knowledgeable staff. Great service. We had a back boiler removed and a new combi fitted. The work was done very quickly and very professionally. Both the on site engineers and the office staff were great to deal with. The on site engineers did everything they could to ensure the boiler and piping in the property was sound both new and old. Communication with the office was great; quick and helpful responses via email every time. Would recommend to friends and family. New boiler is also guaranteed for 10 years - what's not to like!?
Arrived when they said cracked on straight away very knowledgeable nice chap. Left no mess
