Refreshing to find a company that answers calls first time professional,  polite and helpful.  The plumber arrived in the given time frame he was personable whilst focussed and fixed the problem on the spot. A great service from start to finish. Highly recommended.

I had a positive experience as they fixed a fairly unusual fault with minimum fuss. The plumber they sent was polite, punctual and I was very happy with his work. 
I would certainly recommend them if you are looking for a plumber in York.

I have student properties in York and use Knowles for all the plumbing and gas work. They always turn up when they say, they always fix it and they're not expensive. What more do you want?
