Continued to send me reminders for an appointment I had cancelled.  Spent 12 minutes on hold on 2 occasions saying I was number 1 in the queue?? Really difficult to get hold of and different Receptionist every time you go. However the dentist I see is professional, helpful and gives good advice with different options depending on price.

My son and l have used ADP Clifton Moor York for 5yrs. Staff are gr8. Yasmin especially. They are busy tho'! Now we want to transfer to Crossgates. Hope it is easy.

The reason no one answers is due to the fact they put my phone number on one of their adverts. I get lots of calls, or messages, from people trying to contact ADP. I have told ADP but still get calls! I am not a dentist. I wish I was as I would make a lot on money! Please check your adverts ADP!!!

After numerous visits to the surgery. I have felt at ease from the moment I walk in the front door. Greeted with a friendly smile and a very warm welcome. The staff are very helpful the building is very clean. Congratulations to each and everyone for a wonderful service

Staff are ok but when you telephone no one ever answers the phone and if you leave a message they never call you back!

You can never get through on the phone.And then you leave a message and nobody rings you back
