Phoned to find out information about site, not an impressive start to the converstaion. No 'Northcliff Caravan Park, how can i help you?', just 'hello' in a grumpy manner, put me off straight away, enquired about camping, to which I got 'caravans only' and put the phone down!!!!!!!!!!! Never even got to ask if any caravans were available, certainly wont bother calling them back! Thanks for your helpful attitude!
