I give this 5 stars but not as a car park. This is where IRONMAN WALES is set up. As a volunteer marshall, I come here every year to collect my kit, ready to marshall the bike course part of Ironman Wales. A gruelling race for the competitors but spectacular to watch. 2.5mile swim in the sea at Tenby. Followed by 112 mile bike ride thru some incredibly hilly terrain, coast routes, and on windy days such difficult areas to cycle. And then to finish it off, a standard 26 mile marathon. Tenby to New Hedges back and forth til it is done. And to be an Ironman, you need to complete all that in under 17 hours. I truly take my hat off to every competitor. So once a year, this car park becomes BASE for everything that is IRONMAN
Ideal location within few feet from the sea, restaurants and shops, £4 for 2hrs, not bad considering the location.nThe attached is what's nearby

Bit expensive but close to main high streets. 10£ for 10hours 4£ for 2 hours. 3.5£ for 3 hours was ok. We should be bit hurry if we took 2 hours stay.
Convenient and safe, but I think £10 is expensive! also find it frustrating that you have to enter your reg for the ticket, which stops passing it on unfortunately

This car park is run by one of the rudest, most unpleasant elderly man I have ever had the misfortune of meeting. I had booked a seal watching boat trip for my children but when I checked the parking charges there were only two options - 2 hours or SEVEN. Concerned I might run over the two hours by a few minutes if there was any hold-up with the boat, I politely asked him if that would be a problem. He snapped at me that ONE minute over time would be a problem and was so threatening I removed myself and the kids away from him smart smartish and found a different car park. AVOID!
