Xmas Stay 2025nBest Hotel Stay We Have Had. Staff were amazing very friendly. Rooms were lovely and clean on arrival, breakfast was delicious every morning thanks chefs, we had food in the lounge on xmas day that was also delicious, we will definitely be back again. Great location and the price was reasonable we couldn't fault it. Thanks again.
After visiting many times in the past after our previous visit, we Won't be back nor will we be using Premier Inn again.nAfter checking in & having to make our own bed, opening the curtains to the view of a mouldy poundland wall, the towels were thrown into the bath, that's the plus side, we had a bath the toilet seat was broken, then when we had food on the first night in the restaurant felt like it was taken off the radiator from the evening before, was really dry & luke warm.nHad the worst sleep ever as the mattress was really stiff & was no air flow In the room whatsoever as well as having a Hippo & a Rhino staying in the room above us because all we could hear was them walking around, even though it sounded like they were ballet Hippos. We couldn't wait to get away so we left nearly two days early, we completed the survey that was emailed to us a few days later but almost a month later we have had no reply whatsoever hence our very honest review.nnThis was mine & my Partners 3 years anniversary holiday which we felt was absolutely ruined thanks to Premier Inn
I can't comment on the rooms or sleeping experience as we only went in for breakfast. Breakfast was excellent, staff were very friendly, attentive and helpful. The food itself was the usual good quality that i expect from a Premier Inn. I thought the selection might be limited as we arrived not too long before end of service time, but I needn't have worried as everything required was available right up to and even past 11am. Porridge was freshly made when ordered and poached eggs cooked to perfection too.nHighly recommended if you need a hearty breakfast when staying in or visiting Tenby, regardless of whether you are staying at the Premier Inn.
What a fantastic stay we had in this hotel. The staff are amazing, the rooms are comfy, the food is tasty and only a 10 minute walk to the beach. We couldn't of hoped fir a better break.nnWill definitely come again.
A great hotel in a great location. We originally chose this hotel because it was the only one in the region with air conditioning. As someone who sleeps hot, this was important to me. This feature is only available in the premium rooms. Our room was spacious and comfortable - with the second floor dedicated to the premium rooms. Check in was easy an; staff were welcoming. The location of the hotel is perfect for walking everywhere needed. We parked at the multistory parkade, which was about 3-5 min walk from the hotel. I would definitely recommend this hotel and stay here again without hesitation.
