Thanks for the great advice and help in deciding whether to repair my old laptop or buy a new one. I opted for a new one and I'm very glad I did. The setup service was well worth it with Office and Antivirus added too, plus the offer to transfer everything over from my old laptop. I've got such confidence in these guys that I've taken out their service plan so that I can have any help I need in the future - remote access or phone; they are very professional, knowledgeable and informative. In my humble opinion Northants computer service is the Number one I have known them a long time, nothing is to much trouble. They always have helped me over the years and I am no easy one to understand things but they have always been there for me. FIRST CLASS.
