Member of staff seemed to be more bothered about cutting paper than serving customers. Went to another framers in town in the end and had better service.
Got my photos, busy store so expected to wait but a little attention to detail is recommended to the store, oh and some new carpet, not far off being a trip hazard, it might make the shop more appealing too

Wanted to print a A5 gift card using just our own photo, but this is apparently not possible - you have to use a template with various overlays and text on it. Asked for help, and really seemed like the assistant didn't really know any more about the options on the machine than I did.
Excellent service. Uploaded two photos from my phone, had them printed and purchased two very affordable photo frames. All in less than five minutes.
