I've moved my body piercing business from Stapenhill East Staffordshire Council to Newhall. Therefore, I need a new licence. I've had a phone conversation with a very helpful and pleasant gentleman and exchanged emails with two ladies all within the licencing department. They are extremely efficient, they've answered my queries promptly and in just two days have asked me when I would like the inspection doing. This is very much appreciated as the move itself has been a little stressful. I can't fault the staff, just thank them!nnTo update. My inspection was carried out by a very pleasant and helpful lady Emma.nI would like to thank Betty, Emma and everyone involved in making this process easy, stress free and quick.
Fantastic service. I reported fly tipping near where I live and hey-presto 2 days later all gone. Well done sddc well impressed keep up the good work.
I have just had 5 items of very bulky waste collected. This is a great service for the price, the team were courteous and respectful and turned up exactly when they said they would. So easy to organise too.

Council offices talk down to you don't even care if you have illness or have a disability they just do what they what to do they even lie tell one thing and then change there mines there not to trusted my friend live in a council house they got told by one council officer that they can do one thing then a nother council officer said you cart do that so who right and who wrong I would not trust what a council officer says be they lie
