We have had 2 log burners installed by north west fires and I can’t recommend them enough. They were professional, cleaned up after themselves and protected the soft furnishings by covering them. Excellent quality of log burners and they also look amazing.
Having recently had North West Fires install a Opus wood burner into our conservatory I would unequivocally recommend this reputable company to others. From start to finish David was helpful, knowledgeable, reliable and extremely professional. In addition, his aftercare and follow up to ensure we were utterly satisfied with our purchase stands him out amongst his competitors. Our recent purchase, and the joy it gave us over the last few weeks made this Christmas so much more festive. Highly recommended.
We were recommended to use NW fires for our media wall In our first home, and we're so glad we listened to the recommendation. The guys couldn't have done a better job. Not only is there workmanship first class, they gave us great advice on how to make the space work Would recommend them to anyone and cannot wait to get them back to do a wood burner in another room! Over the moon with our new fire. Amazing work from North West fires who completed the job within a day to a very high standard! Would definitely recommend. The fact that they could do everything, removed old fire, build the media wall, install new fire and plaster the wall made this so much easier for us. Going to look ever better once I have painted and added some logs to the log store at the bottom.
We are so pleased with our new media wall from North West Fires. Communication leading up to the installation was really great and the install itself was just faultless. Connor and Jack did a brilliant job and left everything really tidy and finished in a day. We would absolutely recommend to anyone looking for new fire!
Can’t speak highly enough of this company. From the moment I got in touch with David his professionalism and knowledge was second to none. He was back and fourth with me discussing our needs and requirements and making sure we were happy in deciding what we wanted. On installation Connor and Jack have done a superb job of my fireplace , the workmanship is spot on and we are over the moon with the finished product. Connor even took time out with me through the installation to make sure I was happy with everything. First class service. Will post finished pic when plastered and decorated. Anyone looking at getting a stove you won’t go wrong with North West Fires
If your looking for a honest unpushy service these are the guys!! The only company that actually listened to what I wanted. David and Rebecca always lovely when I called into the showroom.. Connor and Jack installing were just lovely as well.. covered all my furniture and curtains, cleaned up after themselves!! What more can you ask for. Just love my fire It’s amazing !!!
Had my media wall done today all down in a day, arrived on time, protected the carpet and just got on with the job. Updated me throughout the build and asked where I wanted things. Great service would highly recommend
Brilliant service from start to finish. Had log burner fitted by Connor, really efficient installation. He explained everything as he went along, completed the job within a day & left everything clean & tidy. Would definitely recommend this company. Thanks guys.
Just had a multi fuel burner installed in our conservatory. Excellent service and installation. Great to deal with from the start which gave us peace of mind. They were reliable and knowledgeable and have done a great job. We are over the moon and toasty warm. Would highly recommend North West Fires.
