Whilst the staff sometimes talk to their customers to the displeasure of some, it does mean that they know how regulars are keeping. And for me that rates first class local community service. Choices of produce good Cleanliness of store good Presentation of staff excellent. And during this last eighteen months a resounding, thank you all, job well done.
I rang the Coop in Clayton last night and the lady Jane was so helpful I needed a certain type of coffee for a friend and they only had one in stock the lady was so polite and helpful she put it away till the next morning. I used to work in shops and I love people who have good customer service well done Jane.
