Really pleased with my experience!nCame in with my son he has autism and can struggle in social situations. Instantly I was made to feel at ease by the staff and the young lady at the till was fabulous! I think her name was Olivia she instantly made conversation with both me and my son, and we didn’t feel rushed out the shop. I’ve never seen this young lady before but she sure is a credit to the co-op!

Get chased out the store accused of robbing some mini chicken fillets and a sauce packet coming to a grand total of £3.50nEmbarrassing employee

Ordered through Just Eat on 2 different occasions and both times items have been missing. Called the store several times but no answer. Disappointing service & won't be using again. If they offer a delivery service they need to ensure staff are capable of following a list and packing the full order.

Whilst the staff sometimes talk to their customers to the displeasure of some, it does mean that they know how regulars are keeping. And for me that rates first class local community service.nChoices of produce goodnCleanliness of store goodnPresentation of staff excellent.nAnd during this last eighteen months a resounding, thank you all, job well done.

I rang the Coop in Clayton last night and the lady Jane was so helpful I needed a certain type of coffee  for a friend and they only had one in stock the lady was so polite and helpful she put it away till the next morning. I used to work in shops and I love people who have good customer service well done Jane.
