Been here many times now and is my favourite café in Manchester. Highly recommend the passion fruit and almond cake in the pictures!
A fantastic place on the edge of the Northern Quarter, provided you can endure hipsters of all varieties. If rolled up trousers and beanie hats aren't your scene, I'd suggest looking elsewhere. The food here is great, in particular the breakfast muffin which is reasonably priced for a coffee shop in town. Everything is prepared in front of you, and it's all super clean. There's a nice selection of cakes available too. The coffee's are a coffee-nerd's dream. They've loads on offer, and a long list of fancy teas that would shock even a veteran drinker. There's free WiFi, with good connection, and plug sockets all around, which makes it brilliant for studying or avoiding university altogether.... The staff are ace and THEY ALLOW DOGS. Need I go on?

I can't rate the tea despite the excellent selection, however it us very rare to get a decent piccolo coffee. Usually its over extracted and sour, i took a punt and it was excellent. So nice I had it twice! Tried the cold brew too, more than decent!
A little hidden gem in the Northern Quarter, seating inside and out is available. I had some peppermint tea which was great, I went back in for more and the guy did a free re-fill which was very nice of him. Would 5/5 recommend this place!
North Tea Power is a very comfy cafe where they offer great sandwiches and coffee from different specialty coffee roasteries from the UK.
First time visit and the breakfast, pastries and drinks were amazing! Will be coming back as soon as I can!
I came in with my puppy after a long day in the sun, and not only were we allowed in, but one of the barriatas brought Rouge my puppy a little saucer of water and a treat, and closed the door so the little guy could go off his leash. On top of the amazing hospitality, the drinks I had were fantastic and the atmosphere was chilled and pleasant.
Great little place, this is my second time coming here and the coffee has been great both times, neat little environment and a really casual and cosy place. Would reccomend
I had a horrible experience at North Tea Power today, I thought it was closed! Next door outside what used to be Simple, the pavement is up and the entrance is barricaded off. Thankfully, the other entrance was still open and I was able to still come in for my favourite lemon and ginger tea and a chocolate brownie.... delicious!
