The saying goes don’t do the crime if you can’t do the time. That’s okay if you have actually committed a crime. I haven’t committed any crime albeit accused and have had the misfortune to be drawn into dealing with the people who proclaim to act in the interests of justice. This place is appalling you don’t stand a chance guilty or not guilty. Unprofessional.
I want to just thank the Amey security team. They have gone above and beyond there duty at the courts this week during my trial. My partners health took a turn due to stress and there help in looking after her and helping make sure she was OK and safe was amazing. These guys,and ladies are at the front line and normally receive the brunt of negatively and abusive behaviour yet not once have I felt any negativity from them they have been happy go lucky people and treated my self and other half with the upmost respect. Kind attentive and respectfully are just a few way to describe the team. Lawrence had had me in stitches many thanks for making a stressful time less so much love and respect to you all.
Easy to find, free parking, friendly staff
Having walked out the door I came in, I feel the experience should be explained regardless. Communication is poor, documents get lost magically and they fail to adhere to legal time frames. The two old lady Judges also fail to consider all evidence provided by any defense all in favor to support the police Local lawyers will confirm this too all for a guilty verdict. There is no justice here. Also they fail to acknowledge any evidence they lack knowledge of all in favor of getting a guilty verdict.nnAlso the level of corruption in house is happily talked about within the court rooms with the local police and lawyers present since they all seem to know each other. Any case if given the option, take to the crown court in Bristol.
This place is an absolute con. They have made their minds up before you go in and have no interest in hearing the details of your case. The prosecution is pathetic but they don’t need to be any better. The magistrate old and irrelevant.nnThe degradation in our institutions starts with places like this.
