Been living here since 1996, so I have quite an in depth knowledge of dealing with the council one way and another. I can say I have never spoken to anyone who wasnt polite and helpful to me. Nice chat today to a young man concerning food waste caddy's.nThe Hygiene Operatives, think thats what they call um now , are a great bunch of people always again polite and respectful .nThank you everyone ,you are appreciated .
If I could give zero stars I would. Joined the housing list months ago ! How come I keep getting putting back & back from number 8 to 20 to 25 to 30 then to 33? Born & bred in England I am. At first the council lady was helping me ~ but now no help and don’t even WASTE your time contacting your local MP as they will brush you off too & yes I have the letter to prove this. Shall I turn up in a dingy? How comes they all allowed to be put up in a hotel straightaway & we not? It’s LAUGHABLE. Can I have 3 meals a day & free hotel room plz? If not then y?
Most useless council waited 18 years for a move because of damp and mould which made me that ill i had a lung split open which nearly killed me. Got a move to find i had bad neighbours both sides of me anti social team are a joke had the police involved twice because of threats what does this council do nothing that makes any difference but they still want paying
