The worst tenant service I ever dealt with, I don’t know how your working environment is but the operator I talked to sounded dead and when I mentioned that one of our appliances didn’t work anymore he asked really stupid and futile questions and tried to blame us for it. Not putting all the blame on him but wow…
Not sure if this is even a real agency. Wanted to book viewing of one of the houses they had and received application form online. It asked for lots of sensitive information which I did not realise they should not be asking before we even have seen the house. Nevertheless we filled in application just to hear nothing from them. I rand next day to enquire about process and we were told they will shortly ring back and offer available viewing slots. Never happened. Would never deal again.
Absolute waste of time, if you are serious about renting a property and your value your time avoid this agency at all cost! Lack of communication and lack of professionalism, absolute joke! Changing their mind in the process, you have it, you don’t have it, disappearing emails, what a waste of time!!!!
We had a great experience from initial pre application all the way through to taking over our property. Unusual process to people used to renting on the private market, but friendly and happy to work with you. We’ve been in 3 months now and we are very happy, no reason for any complaints at all.
