Hitchin Campus. I really wish I could rate lower. Very disappointing. No different to any other educational facility. A complete failure to students and parents. Teaching Staff and Principal make promises to students they do not intend to keep, not even make a call when they say they will! SEN worker who has no real idea about SEN. Student Support staff are amazing, unfortunately they can’t provide the education that is paid for. As a parent I do not recommend sending your loved ones here and certainly do not pay for a course it is a waste of money!

The teachers are nice but generally its awful. I have learned absolutely nothing zero practical learning just research, research, research, need more motivation for students. #bringchrisback

This college lets down the many students who have little choice but to come here due to a lack of provision in Hertfordshire. Run down facilities, woefully out of date pcs running Windows XP. The teaching staff are bullied by a team of under qualified bean counter managers who could not cut it in the private sector and have scurried to the safety of the public sector but have not learned that a little bit of kindness goes a long way.

I found the media course full of teachers that fully understand what they teaching and are very engaging, I was educated quite well and am glad to have applied for this course. I feel that the collage itself is quite unprepared for simple tasks, such as timetables for students, or equipment prepared during peak times.
