My name is Elissa Thompson and I've been getting my eyes tested here for 3 years now and am very happy with the service I receive. The eye test is detailed and thorough and both Norma and her assistant Sarah are very knowledgeable, competent and helpful. There is no sales pressure and when I do decide to have new frames I get help and advice in selecting a pair that is right for me. They always make time to make me (and I am sure all their other customers) feel special. They also, on this occasion, went out of their way to ensure that I received a lens discount that I would otherwise have missed out on.

Thorough eye test. Very knowledgeable staff. Friendly and very helpful. Up to date equipment and good variety of spectacle frames.
