A typical example of a company who is paid for their services in advance, they then never pickup the phone when you need them and leave you on hold for ages. That being said Norfolk is the safest county in England so they must be doing something right.

Worth a stay if your ever in the area....warm clean room with ensuite facilities no on-site bar but perhaps an option for the owners in the future....very flexible with later check out....all in all good for the price

This is two reviews in one ,,,, the second blowing the first out of existence ,, the first .. 
I,d like to say it was a breath of fresh air the way the police have treated my situation and myself , so far , I appreciated being treated humanely , something I have,nt been able to appreciate in days gone by .  I,d also like to complain the officers seemed pushed by their own system It is obviously  pushing them too far , which I don,t beleive is good for their health and saftey ,, or ours . I say or ours , it,s not us and them , we,re all human !   I,ve been told by my son there are police cuts , and they are understaft . I said to an officer today " it,s a shame the police can,t prosecute the government and the banksters responsible for the mess "  Can only hope . It,s not fare to the police or the general public to be forced into conflict caused by by poverty ,loss of honour of  employment, as the government line their own pockets rather than look after the welfare of it's people . I can,t give five star because the food  felt in danger of being horse meet , I like horses ,not to eat . 
    The second  ;-    a false arrest for something I was totally found innocent of ,I have a whole different report to make .   When I was last in a cell I explained in detail how a man could kill himself in their police cells .. I have a history of suicidal attempts . They put me back into one of these cells in such a state suicide was a real possibility . Into a cell I,d explained how it could be done . The bell was turned off and no doctor or nurse was given me for the entire time I was at the station . It was as if they wanted me dead ..When I ASKED A MAN WHY NO DOCTOR ,,,,he said , "well you were,t very nice to us"  , an effing comedian ..  ..
      A false arrest for something they knew was most likely a lie ,,,,, refused to listen to the truth ,,, when I knocked myself out in prospect of a night in the cells , was stripped naked by force which caused me great anxiety . No doctor was given me and no nurse ,,,the drugs I need for such situations given by my doctor were taken from me , I was denied taking them and they were never returned ..I,m afraid the police can still be brutal aggressive mindless thugs when it suits them , hiding behind methods of humiliation and cruelty unchanged from the dark ages ..  i,d like to give a no star  comment but it does not allow it ,,,,, Well done police ,,,,,,, I once again hate your guts ......... obviously you don,t give a damned and would prefer I was dead ,,,,, perhaps complaining Norfolk police are allowing a prolific child abuser from my old school to go free is part of the reason they have decided to treat me so badly , I can only guess ..

I love this place. So much more comfortable and relaxed compared to old digs at Bethal st. You get free toast and tea on request and someone checks on your room every half hour. 5 star and all for a 60 quid fine when you leave on the monday!
