Very nicely decorated and with a TV almost everywhere you look which was great because I was hooked on Ripley. Kitchen well equipped with all you need to cook a hearty family meal or eat a takeaway curry. Hot water was a bit not hot but there are signs warning you not to touch the system, or indeed put a fork in the drawer the wrong way round, under pain of death.nYou can walk to the beach in less than 10 mins and it’s Britain so it’ll be raining when you arrive but it’s a lovely beach with interesting erosion. You can walk to the playing fields in 1 minute to play football with your nephews.nMy wife enjoyed her massage very much even though it was given by the owner rather than by me.

We stayed in the Farmhouse at Winterton on sea, six of us shared this beautiful place. The accommodation is spotless, modern and stylish, the garden and views are simply stunning, you can watch muntjac deer, greenfinches, bats and many more as you overlook fields. Completely quiet at night so you can hear the owls!nWe had a hot tub too which was lovely after a day out.nThe best thing about this place is a 15 minute walk along a path behind the house, through the dunes to the wonderful, unspoilt beach. Our grandchildren absolutely loved it.nIt will be hard to top this holiday, and nothing was too much trouble for our hosts, Vicki and Dean

Nice Barn, location wise a bit too far out from anywhere, can’t really go for a walk unless you drive to go for a walk as cars come whizzing down.nShower before you come as we couldn’t shower due to the cleaners knocked the water dial so had no hot water. Don’t expect if any problems arise you will get a sharp reply because we didn’t. Careful when loading the dishwasher, as we had a glass smash which was apparently our fault but the heat cracked it, then it will be claimed as missing - even though i left it on the side for them to see i hadn’t taken it. Make sure you hoover and clean before you leave and put everything in the correct places or they think you have taken it. Lastly make sure the time your meant to leave that you are actually well away and not just outside left the property loading your car outside because your meant to be off the car space aswell.

Stayed here last year with my family. The properties are all finished to an extremely high standard. You would not be disappointed. Location is perfect, beautiful, quiet and you can exit the back gate to the rear of the property  straight on a path to the beach, via the sand dunes. I would not hesitate to recommend this fabulous place.

And Breath ......nJust spent the last 3 nights in Pinrush and again exceeded our expectations. The cleanliness is second to none and the Christmas decorations helped make our little pre Christmas visit to Winterton on Sea extra special. Even our 2 highly strung pooches are relaxed. Thanks again for letting us stay here Vicki and Dean, it’s starting to feel like coming home when we arrive and always very sad to leave
