Nomad Club London

About

Nomad is a music venue in London with an aim to deliver an advanced series of dj and live acts, internationally well-known artists and the most inspiring new talents. Located at 58 Old Street, EC1V 9AJ London, United Kingdom

Story

NOMAD is situated over 2 floors. The ground floor bar has contemporary Moroccan décor and seating, giving it a ‘lounge feel’, with the first floor being the ‘Main room’. Both floors have a Martin Audio system installed, which delivers clean crisp tops, punchy mids, with the warm bass that wraps itself around you!

We are proud to have worked alongside the likes of Mi Casa Es Su Casa, Soul session, London Beloved, Eat My Beat, Soul Kitchen, Its Aloud, Femme Fatal, Give Them, Don't Stop, Swing Patrol, Replicants, Bad Apple, Ornate, BF, Tabernacle Records, Multi-Vitiams, Republic Artist and Run Sound. All with the soul aim to create the perfect party vibe that we are known for.

The ‘jewel’ in NOMAD’s crown is of course the roof terrace providing stunning views of both Old Street and St Luke’s spire. It is also a great place to chill-out and soak up the atmosphere on any day of the week (Bespoke events to include the ‘Khaima Terrace’ by arrangement).

We at NOMAD realise that not everyone lives for the weekend, so we have put on an array of fun filled weekday activities that include ‘Swing Patrol’ every Monday (which starts @ 7pm) and Kizumba every wednesday (from 7:30pm), with a twist of Salsa once a month. Thursday evenings is devoted to world music with a rosta of internationally acclaimed musicians.

NOMAD has various drinks promotions on all mid week events and has a reasonably priced ‘Drinks Menu’– Please check out our new website for more details.

We at NOMAD are committed to providing high quality entertainment, in whatever form. We have cool parties for cool peeps and are looking forward to the year ahead with anticipation and excitement. Lots of good things and fun to be had by all!

Calling all NOMADS!!!

NOMAD is an oasis of calm in a sea of madness

A great mix of people all enjoying and rocking to garage, house, soulful rythmic sounds. The night of my visit, in the venue downstairs she was excellent. Giving us a vibes that only a three drum professional precisionist of can provide. The Queen with her drums enhanced the already delightful musical grooves. Forcing, forcing on lookers to dance and or join in with the African at its base, beats. Whilst upstairs the music was equally thumping and exciting. Here the music had more vocals and lyrics. Offering us a venue with a different buzz. So, giving the choice of two venues in one. Both providing funky, upbeat grooves to express oneself in dance too. But, hey no need to jump up like us. Just get a drink at the bar and chill in the middle of the fun. All in all an atmosphere relaxing, like a free cool breeze but, exciting
I went the for a New Years party and it was great! Got a free drink from the bartender and danced with a couple of nice women. It was dead at first but became pretty packed within a hour. So it was fun!
We've organised a party here 5 weeks ago. Staff is very polite, friendly and professional. Special thanks to security guys and head of security, Isaac hope, I spell his name right.
Beautiful venue! Absolutely love the decor so unique and rare. Fabulous cocktails and a really friendly service 10/10!
After a really good night here celebrating a friends 30th bday it was time for me to leave I couldn't find the cloakroom staff a long story short in a rush I ended up leaving my jacket it went missing but manager was very helpful and sorted me out thanks.
After being in the bar on Saturday night and having my bag stollen, I called to speak to the manger who was not helpful at all, on the night there was a very very rude female bouncer on the door I can not belive how rude and aggressive she was never in your life have I ever come across this behaviour, what a shame, I left very upset.
Woeful security, hospitality is comical to say the least. I must've of been under severe influence of alcohol to be going in to a club like this. TERRIBLE!!
The venue is small and the bar struggled to keep orders flowing due to volume of people to serve. It also lacked efficient ventilation.
Had to wait in the que for over 40 mins. Music was goooooood and staff too! Will deffo go there again!
Small, drinks in plastic cups and also pretty expensive. The music is good tho!
