Made an appointment for a pedicure and eyebrows tint. I went into the salon and she told me No she can’t do the pedicure but she can still do my eyebrows. I left home purposely for my 2pm appointment. The place is badly run and I won’t be going back.
Too quick and when asked to redo some areas they say they can't as hairs are ingrown. If I ask for them to go over it again they should do as I ask, their English is not very good.Service: Hair threading

I have had not one, but two terrible experiences at Nola Beauty. The first, i requested waxing of eyebrows and they burnt my skin - this is after I told them it was too hot which they said was normal temperature for the wax. Secondly on another occasion, I asked for my eyebrows to be threaded i did not trust them with wax after the first time, before the threading I told her i like the eyebrows thick and only required the excess hair to be tidied up, not shaped. During she was quite rough, she would move my head with her hands without cautioning me that she was going to do so, and at the end my eyebrows were extremely thin. This company needs to train their staff on customer service skills. I do not recommend going to this place for any beauty treatment.
I always choose to go here for eyebrow threading, so cheap and affordable £5 and I’m always very happy with the resultsService: Eyebrow threading
Good service. Out of the eyebrow threader I have tried in southend, this has been the best. The beautician listens to what you want and is actually able to get a nice shape without messing up your eyebrows!
Got my eyebrows threaded which took her approx 5-8mins but it wasn't a great job. I've had better so I won't be going again. They offer a range of treatments but it's never that busy inside, it's a bit of a soul-less enviroment.
I went back to this salon after nearly a year because there was no waiting and I was time short. A while ago I used to go regularly to the salon when service was better. Today's service was by poorly trained?? staff. All good staff who used to be there no longer working in Southend branch. Additionally card payment no longer accepted. Cash only.
