First experience here just wanted a basic gel polish in readiness for holiday tomorrow and will not be going back here or recommending this salon either. The staff were all gossiping about a clients complaint, the nail technician whilst doing my nails scrolled through instagram and sighed when I asked her to touch up a nail that had fluff caught in the polish. Other members of staff just sat around on their phones. Staff were very stand off ish and not very welcoming. Very poor service. The quality of my nails were a lot worse than the service. The polish didn't cover the entirety of my nail and I was told 'that this was not how she was taught.' After her filing my nails the edges were still not smooth and she didn't really do anything with my cuticles. Very disappointed with service and quality of nails I left with after being refused any sort of help to rectify the poor workmanship or refund. - Chelsea

Despite leaving voice messages & sending an email, The Works didn’t bother to return my request for an appointment. Shame.

I had classic individual eyelash extensions done for my birthday by Amelia and I couldn't be happier will definitely return!
