OMG ! I went today there, it was the worst experience ever in my life!!!! 

1st as the other review said, we really feel like unwelcome like you bother her.

The "beautician" (if we can call her that way) ruined my eyebrows ! It took me so long to have them shaped like it was! the only thing she had to do is follow the bloody shape!!!! 

when I saw myself in the mirror I freaked out ! and she said to me that it was normal that one eyebrow was thinner than the other one... I am as well a beautician I normally do it myself with a tweezer. But for once I just wanted a thread... Never again OMG 

She didn't even apologize or admit/assume her mistake !!!!

Staff not friendly at all. Got all annoyed when i asked for a wax acting like she was doing me a favour when infact i was paying for the service. Rude staff then kept huffing even while waxing. Not a nice experience
