Excellent initial service. Purchased the Acousticlip Direct to Wall System Soundproof kit. 12 panels arrived damaged and had to chase for replacements. The panels have now been installed and sadly haven't made as much difference to the noise coming through the party wall as I would have liked. We paid very close attention to the installation instructions as we wanted the maximum possible noise reduction. Very expensive kit for a disappointing result.
Installed the de- coupling system, but hasn't improved the impact sound from neighbour ! A lot of expense for very little gain. This system may work better for small airborne noise only !!
Bought the noisestop 12mm underlay and the edge strips for the bedroom floor in our first floor maisonette. Coupled with decent underlay and a quality carpet the difference is amazing. Our downstairs neighbour cranked the stereo to the max. In the other rooms it can be heard. In the bedroom, nothing. Amazing.
Really good company. I bought 6 heavy duty wall panels and 2 were damaged. After I emailed photos, they immediately sent 2 replacements. Quick delivery as well.
After placing the order in good enough timing for when I needed it. The email stated the next step would for the company to update me. This didn’t happen and I had to contact them, I was told it would be Monday then it was a Tuesday. Perfect I thought. Arranged for people to be there in the morning as I was told it was. AM drop. It never arrived and no one called to let us know it wouldn’t be delivered. We called and emailed to be told at late afternoon it wasn’t coming and would be delivered first thing 7am and it has only turned up 8.45.nWhilst I appreciate times are hard for business, it’s hard for small business like myself , I had staff members waiting for it yesterday to fit the sound prod board.communication is key. The product maybe good, and staff are friendly. But communication is so important and maybe look to change delivery people.
