Asked for advice on my wife's Huawei which Carphone Warehouse refused to give, even though she bought it from them!! Great help and no charge. So I went to 3 for my new mobile.

Great customer service, they know their products, prices, and how to resolve issues. It's a small team here and they've worked together for long enough to be able to help one another out. Good store.
