I have been buying products from this company for 3 years now, and I have also requested warranty replacements a few times. Their customer service is more than excellent.In my last order, the courier failed to deliver the product to me for some reason. However, the customer service team was/is very kind and helpful. Within two days, they issued a new delivery and dispatched it by another, and more reliable, courier.
Ordered a smoke machine. It doesn’t work and makes a noise. It was returned as it’s faulty. A ‘refund can’t be issued due to the brand of fluid’. However the fluid did not pump at all and none was in the machine.nThe machine was faulty and didn’t work at all. Warranty is ‘in valid’ and were sent photos of how it apparently arrived back at their store. Although the parcel we received was the exact packaging.nAwaiting complaint instructions in line with trading standards request. Scammed by this company taking no responsibility by sending a faulty machine
First time I've ever been, I came to choose a keyboard for a pal. What a fantastic store, great staff, loads of space, all the gear plugged in and available to test, everything clean, and piano stools at every set up. Never heard a single guitar power chord in the whole time I was there. I've shopped online before, but maybe I would visit store next time it was such a good experience. Well done GFM.
I visited Gear4Music yesterday in my search for a new acoustic guitar. The staff are very attentive, even when it’s busy. After several hours of retrieving stock from the warehouse they found several guitars that fit the Bill. There was no hard sell but if you ask they will give you an honest opinion. Everyone I talked with was very knowledgable and talented. Best of all they are very competitive on price. I’ve purchased from Gear4Music before and would definitely recommend to others. It was a pleasure doing business guys- thanks for helping me find the right guitar
This place seemed amazing, one of the biggest music shops in the country even. How disappointing it was though.nnWalking in, the atmosphere was nowhere the best seen. As music shop should me filled with music, but the lack of energy just puts you off.nnMostly though, I was expecting at least 1 drum kit to be set up in a left handed configuration, because as a left handed drummer, it is extremely hard to find anywhere like this. But no. Out of the at least 15 drum kits there. There were none.nnUpon asking the staff if there were any left handed drum kits, they simply said that people were forced to learn drums right handed, which I can tell you, is not true.nnThere is plenty of choice for any other musician, with left handed guitars even. But I just can’t fathom how this massive store and company can’t put together even 1 left handed drum kit. It’s just disappointing
