From initial contact to receiving an offer on my property, Nock Deighton Newport have provided an excellent service. Kim has always kept me informed with timely feedback from viewings with a friendly and efficient service. This is the second time we have dealt with Nock Deighton Newport, having purchased our house through them a few years back, which speaks for itself as a strong recommendation.
Having been looking for a property in Newport over the last couple of months, I am delighted that we have found a lovely new home through Nock Deighton. Through this time, I have had communication with all Newport's estate agents and I have to say that Kim Boardman has been comfortably the most helpful and responsive person I have dealt with, and I'm not just saying that as she was the one to give me the good news that our offer had been accepted!
We have been in contact with Kim at the Newport branch of Nock Deighton regarding the sale of our house and the purchase of a property in Newport. She has gone above and beyond in her own way being very helpful and informative. Kim has always kept us up to date with both our sale and purchase and has liased with other parties on our behalf. Kim offers a first class service on behalf of Nock Deighton. We would not hesitate to recommend Kim and Nick Deighton for any prospective customers.
I cannot praise Nock Deighton, Newport highly enough. They were the agents for the property I purchased. In particular, Matthew James, based in Ironbridge, was unstinting in his efforts to get a collapsed chain successfully back on course. His calm, personable, telephone manner was a source of invaluable support to me during a very stressful time. His communication skills are excellent. Well done Matthew - five stars are not enough!
So far so good - less than 48 hours after a first viewing and an offer has been accepted. It was very easy to communicate with the agents and they were always available to answer questions and offer advice. Many thanks to James & Kim.
I would highly recommend using Nock Deighton. This was mine and my fiancés first time searching for our family home and Kim was absolutely brilliant nothing was too much to ask and she was very prompt in response via email and over the phone. Very lovely team who helped us find our dream home and another big Thankyou to Kim who was very friendly throughout the process.
We come across a property listed with Nock Deighton, unfortunately it had already had an offer out in however, it become available again and thanks to Kim and Jo swiftly contacting me we were able to view, put in an offer and have it accepted, very happy, professional service thank you .
