Colemans Estates helped us sell our house and followed the procedure through from start to completion. They kept us updated all the way through with clear and concise communication. We are also buying a house through them and they have kept us informed once again at all stages of this process. In the interim we will be renting until completion and they are helping us find the ideally property to rent until our other house completes. A joy to deal with and couldn't recommend them more to others for selling, buying and lettings. A job well done.
I have previously used Coleman Estates to sell a property and have returned to them again to sell my current property, I can highly recommend them for their excellent and highly professional service they offer. They have now sold 2 properties for me and the second of which sold within 48hrs of being advertised, I have no doubt this was due to their skill at marketing and the number of contacts they have. All the staff have been very friendly and kept us well informed through the process.
The team and I mean 'team' were excellent from start to finish. I was selling my mother's house and they did it all for me and helped with the solicitor's part. I was a little dubious of the solicitors at the outset as I felt that, as they are a large company, it wouldn't work, however, it worked very well. They are a down-to-earth, good old fashioned service where the customer counts and even the young man from lettings came out and offered his help, bless him. To all at Coleman, thank you very much from myself and my mother - excellent service :

Coleman Estates have recently helped with buying my first home. After a very long and painful process with a sale that fell through with a different estates agents, Coleman have been amazing. They have answered every question asked with no delay. Myself and partner have been assisted by Dawn specifically who has always been polite and efficient. They have made our buying process so much easier.
