We rented 2 houses through Fields over the course of 4 years. We had a few issues with both houses (no fault of Fields, just age of boilers, storm Barbara etc) and Fields always resolved these problems quickly and effectively. We knew if we called Adam and his team, we would get an answer swiftly. Inspections and viewings were always done around us and they're just a generally helpful and considerate team. Would be happy to rent through them again.

Absolutely the worse landlord agency I have ever experienced in over 40 years of renting property. 1. Moved in December 2011. January 2012, high storms, plastic eaves blown off/damaged. They are still in my garage (2017) despite numurouse notifications (again, emails to prove this). 2. Water taps in my en-suite became loose and constaltly dripping (2016 January). Explained this on a 3 month house visit. Over 6 months later I had a 'handyman' 'fix' the problem. 2 days later the new taps were loose again. Despite conversations during consiquent house inspections and emails, I'm still waiting for a resolution (Feb 2017). 3. 'Slime' growth and fungus in property. Recognised in house visits but no action taken. 4. Repeated attempts to try to make me pay for criminal damage to a neighbours house that had been committed by an unwanted guest who was turned away, got angry, was later arrested by police, and then later paid for the damage...I have all the emails! 5. Following an altercation outside the property (that I was not charged for, because the police understood that I was not at fault), the landlord (Adam Teecy, Fields of Shifnal) has tried to make me feel guilty for "prior issues", even though I have paid over £700 for a new door. DO NOT rent or buy from this person!!!
