Fantastic customer service from Russel. He couldn't have been more helpful to me as a beginner and he explained everything I needed to know about the repairs that he carried out. Which he did very quickly, so that I could ride the next day. I cant recommend Noah's Ark enough.

A fantastic local bike shop. Staff are exceptionally knowledgeable and very friendly. They found the last XXL stumpjumper in the country for me and at a very competitive price. I took it in for it's free service the other day and they sorted it in less than an hour. Would highly recommend.

£100 for repairs on bike, rode it home, felt awful gears barely functional then left it a few weeks. Rode it again chain jamming every 5 mins. Tried to get work re done with them with no joy. I never leave reviews but felt compelled to as £100 was far more than I was initially quoted in the first place and they made it worse, which is an achievement in itself.

Have used this bike shop before for my previous mountain bike (bought on the cycle to work scheme) loved their friendly and knowledgeable service. Went back this week to get my second bike on the cycle to work scheme, as it was a road bike I was buying this time (something which I know little about) I needed a bit of advice and was not disappointed. Once again I was served by Adam who confirmed the bike I wanted to buy was the right one for me and spent well over half an hour with a demo model on the turbo trainer setting up the bike geometry to suit me and gave me lots of useful hints and tips on riding style/position. Once again came away from the shop feeling like a valued customer with the bike, accessories and knowledge I need all in the bank. Thanks once again to Noah's for your friendly professional service. Highly recommended. :)
