Extremely dodgy shop.nnFirst of all, they require a minimum spend for card purchases, which apart from being lousy customer service in 2023 is also against the terms and conditions of all the major card processors, and earns them a report to Trading Standards.nnSecondly, they have the wrong prices on their shelves and get quite shirty when you point out they're trying to overcharge you by 20%.nnThere are more pleasant and law-abiding businesses to spend your money at. Life's too short to give any more business to this rogue Nisa.
Been going to this shop with my dog since I moved here in January. All of a sudden been told he's not allowed in!! My shoes hold far more dirt than his Paws and so long as a dog is well behaved, can't see what the problem is. Nevermind, my business is now with Tesco which is faaaar cheaper anyway!!!
Appalling staff!! A bit of customer care wouldn't go a miss, won't be back. Shocking
Always happy with Nisa. Despite some reviews I've always felt the staff have been helpful and friendly and the store itself is clean. There's a great choice of products and by far much cheaper than McColls store which is nearby. Open from 6am to 9:45pm everyday and even open over the festive period too.
Staff are very unfriendly and unhelpful. Often followed around the shop. Shop opening hours are incorrect as groups of men block the entrance most nights 20 mins before the advertised closing time of 10pm.nnFar better Nisa store just 2 mins away on Main Street or try the McColls convenience store on Braemar Road - both stores are much cleaner, better organised and have friendlier staff!
