Customer service today was 5 star. Looking for Rattan Furniture today which was sold out at Queensway store and member of staff kindly checked with other stores for stock and got one put aside for me. Greatly appreciate manner and great service.
Has what you need and the staff are helpful. Much better than the other Aldi in East Kilbride.nIt's handy that they have the human till available as well as annoying self-checkouts.nnUpdate: have had to downgrade this store from the previous 5 stars I gave it:nNow, if you have only one or two items, you will have to wait half an hour behind the people with full American shopping trolley loads... remember when 10 item or less tills were a thing?nAlso; I often cannot buy things from Aldi's, including this one, because products fund appartheid terrorism.
Had trouble finding a few things I get every time but the place was clean and service was good
Never really got much out on the shelves, seem to be sold out of everything and forget to re order, fruit is always rotten, good prices if things are in stock,
Outstanding! I don’t know what they did during their reorganisation closure but the whole supermarket is less claustrophobic and had the same range of goods at great prices. The staff continue to be professional and helpful. No loyalty scheme but who needs one with these prices?
