Enjoy getting my shopping here usually got decent amount of stock & i can get most of what i need...only 1 slight issue...never seems to have any milk in stock! It's happened quite a few times lately, even during the day the milk section completely empty! Please try & work on that as your a big supermarket & shouldn't be running out of an essential item like milk. Never experienced that in any other large supermarkets i've shopped in regularly.nApart from that all good
They don't allow service to school kids. Like what? I was just trying to get sandwiches and they wouldn't allow it. I even asked the woman working there, telling me I can't get it, to buy it for me, and i would've given her money for it, cos I haven't eaten all day and I'm hungry but she wouldn't even buy it for me. Now I'm supposed to just starve all day.
Horrible and bang out of order, Tuesday night 8pm so 2 hours before close, to be told after a full shop that no tills are open and will have to self scan... £70 worth of food put through self scanners, now I don't mind scanning stuff but the way the employee responded was bang out of order. Had we been told at the entrance that only self scan is open we would shop accordingly.nOnly self scan is open she said, and when my partner asked why she responded its to quiet then proceeded to lean up ageist one of the empty self scan machines spinning keys on her finger. Have never been met with customer service like this what a disgrace to have a lazy, bone idle scumbag working for you, everyone else I have met in the multiple times we've been in were lovely and so helpful. Will never be back that's for sure. Terminate employee immediately
My favourite supermarket - good prices but for me, the quality/taste of products is excellent
