Received our order... we ordered vegetarian Korma and vegetarian masala. Took first mouthful to realise the korma was chicken! Phone up straight away. Man was very apologetic on the phone and I guess mistakes do happen. He assured us he would bring our correct order out in person. While we was waiting we received a message asking us to put the chicken back in the box (by this point it had been put outside in the bin) When our correct order finally arrived the gentleman still insisted on seeing the chicken. We presented him the tub that said chicken (my mistake for not reading when I opened it, I just presumed) this wasn't good enough and he still insisted on seeing our bin (clearly not believing our story). We offered to send him a photo of what we had taken. By this stage he received a phone call. He was informed that it was the wrong order after all. And ran away briskly. No offer of a refund or even a free poppodom. On a positive the correct order was very tasty.
