A zero star would be too many, husband had a seafood pizza on Christmas eve, within hours he was ill, Christmas day was ruined.  Do not order unless you want hideous food poisoning. Never again.  I dread to think what the kitchens like, probably the same state as my bathroom over the past few days.  DO NOT ORDER UNLESS YOU WANT A FEW SLEEPLESS NIGHTS AND A WATER BILL THAT COULD FILL THE PACIFIC OCEAN, AND YOU CAN ORDER AS MANY BOXERS AS A CHINESE SQEAT SHOP CAN MAKE IN A CENTURY.

Avoid like the plague, literally in this case.  I thought I’d treat myself to a tuna pizza for Christmas Eve. It came in time and was edible.  About an hour later I was suffering from food poisoning, which was so bad I ended up in hospital on Christmas Day. Just about functional again now on Boxing Day.

Never again the pizza was terrible not even sure it was cooked today or cooked 2 weeks ago very dry indeed chips was good tho

I would not recommend this takeaway, the driver tried to run our relative over, after relative visited this shop, discrimination has occurred in the area, our relative was given bad drugs by the local GPS for his anxiety, our relative has autism,was not given a lanyard necklace, instead authorities locally decided to do organised crime and corruption during lockdown against UK citizens, harm,theft, falsified our data, this takeaway, is horrendous!

Absolutely disgusting how they speak to their customers! The delivery driver rung me as he couldn't find where I lived then tried arguing with me saying I was lying about where I lived and when tried explaining to him where the house was he argued with me more. Appalling and disgusting.

Very friendly owner, always welcoming. Best quality and tasting food in heanor. Highly Recommended.

Considering I paid £1 for delivery, the service is incredibly bad. Not only was my order, which was made at 4pm, delivered a good hour and forty minutes later half hour later then the 'latest' they said it would be but it turned up without any of my ordered beverages. Upon calling to correct this I was told they're too busy to deal with it and said I'd get the price knocked off next time. Considering the food was pretty disgusting - barely cooked fries and pizza with hardly any cheese on and only a few of their advertised toppings, there definitely wont be a next time. Avoid this place!

After cancelling our delivery from Heanor Balti due to shocking customer service, we ordered from here for the first time, all I can say is it won't be the last ! Kebab & burger were well cooked, fresh and tasty, and great value for money,  thank for a tasty meal from 33 North Street 5*

Doesnt even deserve one star. Order was declined online first because they assumed we wouldnt wait rung and said we would wait so we waited 1 hour for our food to arrive, to have paid for 2 items we never received rung up and told them to get spoken to like rubbish from the owner and wouldnt give us our items or money back. Not to mention food was horrible.
